Doug Pittman has over 40 years of experience working in public safety, including over 34 years with the Marin County Sheriff's Office assigned as commander of the Jail, Patrol, Office of Emergency Services, PIO, Sheriff's Search & Rescue Team, Mounted Posse, Air Patrol Unit and the County's Search & Rescue Team. He also was an Incident Commander of the North Bay Incident Management Team and served as the Cal Fire Lead PIO. His graduate research on the Use of Virtual Command Systems in Emergency Operations Centers is a critical piece of his work to innovate current systems..

CrisisMC911 was started in 2019 as it became evident that there was a need to support and prepare organizations and communities to respond to any crisis.
Since starting our company, we have worked to address public health pandemics, hospital safety, fires, floods, refinery explosions, power safety shut-offs and more with community engagement, capacity building, communication, and quality improvement strategies.
Our diverse team is located in Northern California, but our commitment to virtual command systems means that we can respond to your needs from anywhere.
